A Review of the Bissell 9200 Carpet Cleaner Vacuum

The Bissell 9200 Carpet Cleaner Vacuum is a fantastic vacuum for picking up big messes. The main reason I purchased it was because my dogs are very messy around the house and leave hair everywhere! I went down to Walmart and picked up a Bissell vacuum for a low price.

Assembling the Bissell 9200 Carpet Cleaner Vacuum was very easy. There are only two pieces, a top and bottom and you merely fit the pieces together very easily. Then, you must add the cleaning fluid to the containers. The fluid is just a very strong detergent that will whisk away stains. There is a second container for adding water, and the two containers mix together to create a soapy kind of mixture that will clean your carpets very well.

There are several different types of detergent that you can use in your Bissell. One of them is good for cleaning up pet messes. This is the one I used. The other type is more for everyday cleaning and doesn't have a very strong aroma.

Operating the Bissell 9200 Carpet Cleaner Vacuum is quite easy. There is a power button on the side and a heating button which actually makes the water hot, which cleans messes easier than cold water. Then, you simply spray the detergent on the carpet and vacuum at the same time, slowly dragging the vacuum over the stains until they disappear. It dries in less than an hour! If you are unsure whether to use detergent on your carpet, you can use plain water until you see if it will stain your carpet.

As in a regular vacuum, there is an attachment feature that allows you get into hard to reach places easily. It sprays fluid and then vacuums the dirt up.

After you are done vacuuming up the mess, simply head over to the sink and empty the containers. You can rinse them out, too.
