A vacuum like the Hoover Anniversary edition that costs about $240 is not your everyday purchase and needs to last more than a year or two. The Anniversary edition is not your average vacuum and carries a three year warranty; after all it is their anniversary edition.
Hoover has been making vacuums for one hundred years starting in 1907 and continuing since then with plenty of inventive ideas behind their great products. The Hoover Anniversary Vacuum is their celebration of being in business for one hundred years and is a very good purchase.
Just the three year warranty shows they are willing to back their product for the longer period; all their other dry vacuums are only a one year warranty period. The vacuum is a sturdy one and is a nice all around household vacuum for the regular home with the necessary tools for cleaning.
The Hoover Anniversary edition is an upright bagged vacuum with a secondary and final filter for catching all that dust as well as onboard tools for convenience. The vacuum has a powerful 12 amp motor with a 15 inch cleaning path and a rotating power brush. You can easily turn the roller on and off from the handle and the height adjustment is on the front of the vacuum head assembly.
