This floor cleaner is certainly a lightweight model (seven pounds). And to be honest anything has its own good and bad attributes which is true to this one also. Because of this aspect concerning the weight one can easily handle it but the water tank is not as big as it can get. As a result if you have to cover some big area you will have refill it, several times. However for cleaning purposes inside the house such as small rooms, etc., this won't be much of a concern.After filling the water to the bucket, it won't take long to heat things up (usually below 40 seconds). It's certainly long (almost 50 inches) so most of us won't have to bend too much while using it. There's a 1 year warranty that comes with it which is pretty much the standard duration for this type of devices (with some exceptions). Anyway the assembling was pretty easy and make sure to read the instructions properly before using the floor cleaner. While cleaning the overall performance was OK but wasn't at the top either.It's not loud, which means it has a small motor, so one cannot hope for the best cleaning performance either. It does not use chemicals which is a good thing (especially if you have small children). The width is small and as a result you can clean under chairs and beds easily too. The mopping was also OK but there are some other units which fits into this price range which are better than this floor cleaner. However if you use it on tiles for example the results can be better (including the mopping).
