Take with it you from room to room, and you will save a ton of time not having to run back and forth to where you last had what you need.

Second, is a Vacuum, now depending on your taste, there is a lot out there. But a recommend finding one that works really well on hard floors. Why do I say this? Because you will save your back and your time, not pushing a broom.
And if you find a good one then it will work better then a broom.

So as you work out of the house and you get to the front door, a nice touch is to clean the front door on the outside.
If it is your house your cleaning, go for a walk or just a a breathe, and enjoy some fresh air. (while letting your floors dry) And if it is not your house, as you close the door run around the house in your head, and you will be able to rest assured that is clean.
